When you send the contact form, we collect your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number if you provide it, the selected type of service and the content of the message. The server may record technical data such as the IP address for security and to prevent misuse.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data in order to respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer or take actions at your request before concluding a deal. We do not sell the data or use it for unsolicited marketing messages.

Custody and recipients

We keep data only for as long as is necessary for processing inquiries, business communication and fulfilling legal obligations. The data may be processed by the hosting and e-mail service providers exclusively for the purpose of the site operation and message delivery.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or lodge an objection. To exercise your rights, contact ante@skunca-it.hr. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
